I was introduced to Young Living oils when I visited my sister in Florida in June of 2014. I was in a head on collision in 2012, and I have had many migraines over time. My daughter and I drove down to Miami and my head was really killing me. I had taken Tylenol several times during our travel down to help with the pain. When we arrived in Florida my sister mixed up a concoction of essential oils to help with the pain in my head and neck. Within 30 minutes the pain was gone. I hadn't had any more pain the rest of our visit. As we were packing to leave I had a pain in my right leg that shot up from my knee to my hip and it was a terrible throbbing pain. I put the mixture on my hip and the pain went away within a few minutes. I was sold. I didn't purchase my kit until January 2015. After purchasing my kit I made up an oil for headaches. It was great because I have helped numerous people with headaches. People who have daily headaches are either not having headaches at all, or are having them so sporadic.
I have created this blog to share oil recipes with you, and to help with advice on helping others.
